We strive to present items accurately, but we cannot guarantee perfect display across all screens and devices.

All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Shipping fees (if applicable) appear at checkout or on our Shipping Information page.
Promotional pricing may be limited-time and subject to conditions.
4. Orders & Payment

We may accept or decline any order (e.g. out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

5. Shipping & Delivery
Processing time:
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat).
Delivery timeframe:
Once dispatched, deliveries typically arrive within 5–11 business days (Mon–Sat).
Delivery times may vary due to carrier capacity, peak seasons, public holidays, customs checks, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking information will be emailed once your parcel ships.
Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms.
Change of mind:
Returns may be started within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is not covered by us.
How to start:
Email support@sisters-signature.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will reply with instructions and the correct warehouse return address.
Where to send:
All returns must be sent to our returns facility in China.
Returns sent without prior confirmation may be delayed or refused.
Exchanges & faulty items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after assessment.
In these cases, reasonable return postage is covered by us.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws.
7. Cancellations
You may request cancellation within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed.

8. Prohibited Conduct
